How to use the HHM13?
The manufacturer has made its equipment easy to use, so using the HMM13 should not be a problem. Adjust the circumference, carefully close the buckle, and then make circular movements with your hips. Product assembly
Open the loop with the magnet clips. Connect the subsequent parts by sliding one piece into the other, hitting the appropriate holes with the tabs. Wanting to reduce the number of pieces, grab the corresponding piece with one hand and squeeze in such a way as to slide the tabs out of the holes. Then insert the gravity ball rail into the loop, close the clips with a magnet and adjust the length of the strap.
Adjust the circumference and strap
The HHM13 has a total of 13 pieces that you can freely modify, thus adjusting the circumference of the wheel. The size is set between 9 and 13 elements, which translates into a waist circumference of 60 to 96 cm.
