In the model from 2019, the shoes have been equipped with a very durable, additional toe protection. The design and material of the upper have also slightly changed, making the shoe not as stiff as its older version. The 2019 version is an improved version that has undergone a delicate facelift to ensure even greater comfort during use.
The use of a rubber compound reinforced with graphene means that we have in our hands a product with the most durable sole that has been created so far! The tread of this shoe is not the most aggressive, but it is very universal - so it will work on most routes, especially those with harder surfaces.
Footwear designed for long distances - well cushioned, with zero drop is an offer for runners who like to feel the ground, but also have feet secured for long, several-hour runs. The upper with Kevlar reinforcement and densely woven mesh used in the G series shoes is the perfect consensus between the durability of the structure and its breathability. 9mm EXTEROFLOW foam was used in Terraultra. It minimizes the impact of foot impacts on the ground, but at the same time does not suppress prioproception, combining excellent cushioning and ground feel.
Graphene - is an improved rubber that provides traction and longevity of the sole. Previously, soft rubber provided traction, but at the expense of durability. Graphene is about to change it! It is 50% stronger, 50% more flexible and 50% more durable.
Kevlar - the upper is made of breathable mesh with a Kevlar exoskeleton to strengthen the design of the shoe and hold the foot well.
The TERRAULTRA G 260 construction uses the DYNAMIC FASCIA BAND technology - similar to the plantar fascia, it gives bounce resilience and META FLEX - a groove in the sole where the foot flexes naturally, which guarantees natural flexibility of toe movement. The 4 mm tread with drainage grooves prevents aquaplanning or slipping on the water. The upper is light and airy with Kevlar reinforcements, including protecting fingers against bumps against stones. EXTEROFIT was used for lacing - a system adapting to the natural movement of the foot and reacting to possible swelling during the run.
