Training rope STRENGTH
- Main application - strength endurance and power training. Rope Strength is a great way to train many parts of the muscular arms, back, abdomen, legs and hands
Strength training ropes are made of very durable polyester fiber in a 16-core construction with a built-in polypropylene inner core. Strength ropes have a special 20 centimeter end that provides a secure grip during training. The rope weave at the ends is stapled with the inner core, which prevents the braid from slipping during the exercise. The training rope stands out for its long life and pleasant to the touch.

Ropes for exercise - bored you with traditional training?
It's worth trying something else. New stimuli have an impact not only on the appearance and body shape of our body, but above all on its abilities. If you are looking for sports inspiration, it is worth taking a look at the training concept developed by John Brookfield (USA). Wanting to enrich his training, he used a thick exercise rope, which he began to use in his exercises. He soon discovered that the rope perfectly builds strength, condition and endurance.
Is rope training popular?
Yes, it is used very often in the physical preparation of players in such sports as boxing, hockey, basketball, football, martial arts and many others.
Why is it worth exercising with a rope?
This training is designed for everyone regardless of the level of training. Because the ropes vary in thickness, so they also vary in weight. Children, youth, the elderly and professionals can train on them. This training is also fun and integration. Because it is very simple to perform, you do not have to put in a lot of effort to become familiar with the multiple requirements as in the case of other forms of training. Such training has many advantages.
The basic ones are:
- the whole body is engaged to work,
- all muscles, including deep ones, are stimulated to action,
- very low risk of injury,
- it is an interval training, so it perfectly affects the metabolism,
- we can do it in virtually any place,
- builds our functional and life force,
- definitely improves endurance and fitness.
Where to start?
Certainly from buying the right rope. This is of great importance in training. The right rope allows you to properly perform a lot of exercises, adapts to the person exercising and its physical conditions. Of course, when exercising, it is very important to maintain the correct position.
How to exercise?
The training can be performed in a standing position and in a semi-seat. The feet should be spaced a little wider than the hips and directed slightly outside. We try to have straight back, pinched shoulders, but the muscles of the buttocks and the abdomen are tense all the time. It is very important to not forget about breathing while doing the exercises, then we oxygenate our cells. The simplest exercise is to raise and lower the arms, which we can do with both hands or alternately. The intensity and pace of exercises depends on the person exercising. We can also circulate the rope outside or inside. It's worth experimenting, at the moment you can do even more than 30 exercises with the help of ropes.
How long to train?
Training needs to be adapted to our physical conditions. At the beginning you can try in the 20/20/5 system, that is 20 seconds of exercise, 20 seconds of rest, 5 series of exercises. Of course, as the strength condition increases, we make longer series with less rest. It is worth completing training with ropes for other exercises, such as running, which will also make us active in every sphere.
