Overprints

Distribution of sports equipment is the main, but not the only branch of our activity. We also make prints on clothing (tracksuits, T-shirts, costumes), bags, etc. You decide on the choice of assortment, print pattern and the method of its implementation. To make the selection easier, we invite you to read the most important information.

Screen printing is by far the most commonly used printing method. It allows you to copy very complicated patterns thanks to the ability to use up to 16 colors.
This method involves direct application of the paint on the shirts by specially prepared printing matrices. Preparing the matrix is first exposing the film, and then transferring the design from it to the matrix using a photosensitive emulsion, which is covered with a screen printing matrix. With the screen printing method, each color is applied to the shirt separately, so a separate matrix should be prepared for each color.
This method is usually used at high expenses, because the prepayment cost is spread over a large number of t-shirts. The minimum order is 30 shirts.

Flock is a method in which the foil covered with a nap is used for printing (the print looks like it was made of a material with its structure resembling suede).
The best results are obtained with prints made on natural materials (eg cotton). Because the method does not require printing prepress, it works well with small quantities - it is cheaper than, for example, silk screen printing.
From the moment of preparing the project (in vector graphics) by loading it to the cutting plotter, it is only to cut the pattern from a special foil and heat it with a special press on the fabric. This method of printing is very durable, but it allows you to make prints in the basic colors, you can not get the effect of shading or toning colors.

Flex is a method in which a smooth film is used for printing. Good results are obtained with prints made on natural (eg cotton) and artificial materials. Because the method does not require printing prepress, it works well with small quantities - it is cheaper than, for example, silk screen printing.

Computer embroidery lends an exclusive character and definitely raises the aesthetic value of the marked product.
It looks best on clothing with a grammage higher than 190g (thicker T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, fleece, jackets).
We praise the embroidery individually on the basis of the submitted project. The price is differentiated by the size of the embroidery (the number of strokes depends on it) and the complexity of the design. The price of embroidery does NOT depend on the amount of colors used.
